Abundant Life Tarot’s business hours are:

🔮Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Atlantic Standard Time*
🔮Saturdays: 9 AM to 1 PM and then 3 PM to 7PM, Atlantic Standard Time Time*
🔮Sundays: Closed or by appointment only.

I am a one woman operation and I like to provide thoughtful responses to those who reach out to me. I will do my very best to respond to emails and inquiries within 7-10 business days from receipt of your message. Refunds?

ALL TAROT & ORACLE READINGS

Refunds will ONLY be given in association with non-delivery. If you have not received your reading within the time frame outlined in the Shipping Policy for the individual listing and I have not contacted you with a confirmation email, then and only then will you be entitled to a refund.

Due to the nature of this service, no refund will be issued if you are unhappy with the recommendations given, or your Spirit work did not manifest. I cannot take responsibility for the improper use of the advice given in consultation.

There are instances where I may elect to issue a refund, such as if I am unable to connect in a particular case, I am unable to read for a particular issue, or if I have a personal emergency or obligation to handle. If this ever happens, I will be sure to fully refund you the full reading fee. Please note it may take a few days for refunds to process.

What’s Abundant Life Tarot’s Reading Approach? 

This is a judgment free zone. Ask the questions you would be too ashamed to ask your friends and family. That said, I will still be honest and forthright with you – no sugarcoating.

I do read cards to predict future outcomes and I may predict timing in some readings. Please understand that a myriad of variables can affect future outcomes, such as the free will of others intervening or your own change of course.

I’m like an energetic forecaster, sensing the vibrational energies surrounding a situation. Can the wind change a storm’s course? Yes. Can a person change their mind and move in a new direction? Yes. All of that can potentially affect future outcomes.

Are Follow Up Reading Questions Allowed?

I completely understand and encourage follow up questions, as discussing what was illuminated will help retain the tarot wisdom found in our reading. Please only send me one (1) email follow up question or a request for further insight, within 36 hours of receipt of the reading document. Due to the nature of my work, I am unable to promise further follow up responses beyond the one allowed follow up email and I thank you so much for your understanding.

It may take me several days or weeks to respond to follow up questions. If your follow up request is urgent, please label that in the subject line of your email.

If you are in the greater Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, I will do in-person readings by appointment and at a pre-arranged location. I also read for parties, events, festivals, retreats, and conferences.

Privacy Statement?

I do not share my client’s information and all content in paid readings are kept private. Videos are housed in an unlisted section on my YouTube channel and only parties I share the link with has access to the actual readings. I only send the video link to my clients. Clients are free to share their readings with others, but be assured that I will keep all of your reading information private. Privacy is of upmost importance to me and I take extra measures to ensure my clients’ privacy stays in tact when working with me.

I am super vigilant about the security of my clients’ information. Please know that I will never call you to ask for your personal information over the phone, nor will I ever ask you to supply your personal financial information in emails. All financial transactions must be processed through PayPal, for the security of both you and me. If ever a question, just reach out to me directly at abundantlifetarot@gmail.com.

Are You Licensed and Insured? 

Abundant Life Tarot and Abundant Life Shop has a General Business license through Sacramento County (credentials and license number provided upon request). Under this license I can do online tarot readings, conduct online workshops and sell crystals and jewelry online and in person. I also can conduct tarot readings at local events, parties, and work out of retail establishments. Per county zoning regulations, I am not allowed to perform tarot readings from my home.
