~~There’s a need to clear the air, to rid ourselves of negative energy. Labor results in harvesting fruits this week. Seeds that were previously planted now bear fruit. This is a time of generosity and good will. We are finally getting into the groove of our new way of life. Chameleon energy is a gift – we quickly adapt to the daily challenges being thrown at us. ~~Raise vibration with singing, dancing, and creation. Tap into what feels good to the mind, body and soul. Stay close to home this week. Connect virtually with others, shielding ourselves from harm. ~~Some may be dealing with caring for others or nursing ourselves back to health. Many others will be receiving a barrage of negative news and it is wearing on our health. We need to be careful of what we accept into our daily experiences, lest we manifest more negativity. We have the power to limit the negativity, raise up our vibration and manifest a turnaround in our situation. 

Self-Care Message: Sweet Treat – Indulge your sweet tooth. Bake a dessert or find some delicious fruit. It is time to enjoy the sweeter side of life – even in this new normal. Treat yourself – you deserve it!

~~Sometimes it is simply too dark to see what’s ahead of us. We are called to either be the one to hold sacred space for others as they face a season of darkness and to allow others to hold sacred space for us, even if we think we’re okay. It is best not to make any sudden moves or drastic decisions this week. When we need clarity, stay still. The answers will come in our dreams and in signs all around us.~~As a tool, adversity teaches us something valuable. What is this particular adversity trying to teach us? This week it is important to ground and center ourselves. We are called to stand our ground in the face of a particular debate or adversity, do not back down.~~We are experiencing new, emotional beginnings. Our seeds we’ve planted last spring have taken root and showing signs of growth. Seeds we plant now, will surely blossom next spring. Embrace the changes that are on the horizon. We prayed for this!

Extended Messages: Release – This is a week all about letting go of what is no longer serving us. This includes letting go of clutter, relationships (including relationship woes), or jobs that are no longer in your best interest to keep. This card also signals a need to release old, limiting beliefs, too. The release will be cathartic and much needed.

~~Since childhood, we have been searching for validation. We entrench ourselves into situations because of our need for validation. What would happen if we forego asking for approval this week? This week we quiet the voice of needing validation and move forward. ~~The gift of stillness allows us to see the gifts in our lives. Take time to quiet the mind and allow moments of rest to heal the body and soul. Affirm “In my future, I will become what I am meant to be.” ~~The end of the week finds us adapting to changes and adjusting in difficult times. We are calling in our resillience, because we need it. Our power lies in the “now.” We live in the present and are mindful of that this week. Remember to take it moment, by moment.
