The Herbcrafter’s Tarot Study Group Part 7 || On YouTube

Part 7: we explore the Star, Moon, and Sun cards.

We previously covered the Star card in Part 6 (I realized this AFTER I recorded the video, LOL), but, I love the Star card so much, that we’ll discuss it one more good time before moving on to part 8.

Part 8 will feature the Judgement and World cards, and will be the final look at the Majors in this deck.

Questions and Journal Prompts: 

  1. Do you know the herbs featured in the three major Arcana cards and if so, do they speak to the traditional RWS* card meaning? Why or why not? If not, how do you feel about that?
  2. If you don’t know the featured herbs in these three cards, in your personal research (hint – Google these herbs), do you find it really speaks to the card’s meaning? Why or why not?
  3. Imagery and symbols found in the cards – what pops and speaks to you? Why?
  4. What are your personal card meanings you’ve assigned to the featured cards?

I invite you to raise your discussion points or ask questions about the card meanings or working with this deck. I’ll compile a list, and record a video discussing your discussion points or questions and invite our study group community to chime in on the answers.

The above questions will be used as a basis for our future video study group sessions, but they may vary from time to time, depending on what comes up in our review of the cards.
