Lesson 5 Zoom Lecture/Discussion: Spiritual Considerations in Collecting Decks

Hello! 

I am excited to announce the next Zoom Lecture for the free course, Choosing Your Next Deck, Curating Your Collection. We are getting together this Friday, March 26, 2021, where my existing and new students gather for a live lecture to discuss our next lesson. 

In this next lecture, we will discuss spiritual considerations surrounding aspects of collecting decks. We will discuss the compulsion to buy decks and the vicious cycle of overspending and underusing. We will look at the compromising positions we may find ourselves in when we are not in spiritual alignment with our collecting habits, such as: shopping addiction, intentionally or unwittingly purchasing counterfeits, and cultural appropriation. I will be hosting a live lecture, where new and existing students can discuss and ask questions.

For those who are not able to attend, but wish to have their questions or comments included in the lecture, please head over to Abundant Life Tarot Academy’s Lesson 5 Q&A section, and place your questions there. If you’re a part of the Facebook Group, you can also post your questions under post announcing this upcoming Zoom lecture.

If I’m able to adjust the ETA to faster reading dispatch times, I will do so and update this site. Please check back often for updates, as these turnaround times are subject to change.

Abundant Life Tarot’s revised business hours are:

Here’s an unboxing of The Black Lives Matter Tarot, by Lisa Law. I purchased this deck just before I relocated. It was available for sale on Ebay and I don’t see that it is recently for sale now – but in the Facebook Tarot groups, I did see she was planning to re-up on printing them. I will reach out to the creator to see if she’s printing anymore decks and will update this description to include a link as soon as I get it.
