~~Feelings of being more in alignment is at hand for us this week, which is quite different from last week’s vibes. We are being asked to step into leadership roles – accept the challenge, it will be good for all involved. We are learning to balance yin and yang energies. Synergy is ours this week. A situation receives a fair and equitable outcome. ~~Feeling numb is a clue that something is wrong – allow this tool to lead us to the pain source. We need some breathing room, distance, and space from a person, group, or situation or it’s us that needs to give others a little space. ~~We are more comfortable than ever at showing our vulnerable side. Old memories, a visit or call from an old friend, and de ja vu moments are happening at the end of the week. Preparation allows for the genius of authenticity to come out and play. Planning affords us the freedom to enjoy our events, and we find ourselves immersed in prep work for events happening on the weekend.

~~Sometimes it is simply too dark to see what’s ahead of us. We are called to either be the one to hold sacred space for others as they face a season of darkness and to allow others to hold sacred space for us, even if we think we’re okay. It is best not to make any sudden moves or drastic decisions this week. When we need clarity, stay still. The answers will come in our dreams and in signs all around us.~~As a tool, adversity teaches us something valuable. What is this particular adversity trying to teach us? This week it is important to ground and center ourselves. We are called to stand our ground in the face of a particular debate or adversity, do not back down.~~We are experiencing new, emotional beginnings. Our seeds we’ve planted last spring have taken root and showing signs of growth. Seeds we plant now, will surely blossom next spring. Embrace the changes that are on the horizon. We prayed for this!
Extended Messages: Release – This is a week all about letting go of what is no longer serving us. This includes letting go of clutter, relationships (including relationship woes), or jobs that are no longer in your best interest to keep. This card also signals a need to release old, limiting beliefs, too. The release will be cathartic and much needed.

~~A new beginning is upon us in career, life purpose, or relationships. We are gaining a new perspective and look at this beginning as a new adventure. We ask ourselves how do we wish to show up in this new beginning. We get to choose who we are in this new experience and we choose authenticity. A situation comes up that calls into question the integrity of ourselves or others this week. Keep an open mind.~~We are called to simplify routines, plans, processes, and schedules. Choose harmony in the face of conflict this week.~~A memory or a person from the past resurfaces, forcing us to look at everything we choose to protect, including emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. We are being called to change our beliefs around the idea that people or situations can never change, or that everyone changes all the time – balance in our thoughts is needed. New beliefs are needed to replace old beliefs, otherwise outdated beliefs will continue to haunt us.

Hi Loves! A big chunk of my Tarot readings are of the love variety (singles and couples) and I have go-to Tarot and Oracle decks that I use when divining for love. One of these go-to decks is the Romance Angels Oracle, by Doreen Virtue. It is a well-worn deck, as I use it almost everyday. I wanted to score a replacement copy and that’s when I discovered the Romance Angels Oracle went out of print. If I wanted this deck, I was going to have to fork over $65.00! That was a hard pill to swallow for a deck that I paid maybe $10.00, back when it was in mass production.
I got to thinking – why don’t I just make my own love oracle? I was already working on a general life transformation deck, but with so many decks to play with, my pet project fell by the wayside. Now, I not only wanted my own deck to play with, but I needed one in the love category.
Over the weekend, I poured over images and created a spreadsheet for the key words. I wanted to make sure the deck was balanced with light and shadow, as well as a deck I could use for both singles and couples readings and the spreadsheets helped with this task. I checked out myplayingcards.com and was impressed with the price and the quick turnaround for printing the deck. I printed two copies and in a matter of 4 or 5 days from when I placed my order is when I got the decks in my hot little hands.
I am going to work with the deck to see if it is too light or too shadow and to see if I want to change out key words or pictures. I was planning to print one final copy that is holographic, but we shall see. I thought about the possibility of creating a love deck for sale in the future, thus a second copy was printed that I would share with artists who could use this deck as inspiration.
I really wanted something that felt modern, where many of us could relate to the images. The Romance Angels lacked diversity and I am not really feeling the angelic theme. I will probably still use the Romance Angels with other decks that have a similar look, but, for my more modern Tarot decks, I am using my very own Love Oracle deck.
So far, so good with the accuracy. I was watching the television show, The Affair, and the cards were jumping and mirroring what was coming up in the scenes (this is a weird game I play with my cards that I get a kick out of!). I can’t wait to see how it gets along in client readings. I will do a Deck in Focus video soon to share how I am getting along with it.
