I added 13 Oracle and Tarot decks to my collection in 2024, of which 2 were gifted to me, and want to share what I got! As I start the new year, I plan to continue my deck low buy stance for 2025, and grateful for the decks that landed in my collection in 2024.

The reason I want to do another low-buy year is because I want to connect with key decks in my collection. I have so many beautiful, deep, fun, and insightful decks that it is time to take them off the shelves and use them.

I did not buy any decks in October – I stayed strong and shopped my collection! I have spent $194.79 of my $250.00 budget so far this year on decks. I have a remaining $55.21 in my budget. How shall I spend my remaining $55.21?

We explored what was the oldest and newest decks we used in the month of October during this livestream. We also asked where are the most random places we store our decks. I had such a great time catching up with my Tarot-loving friends!

Are you a collector, a reader, or both? Where are you at in your collecting journey? We will be exploring this topic this month on the channel. My Depth Year update: as of now, I have spent $194 of my $250 annual deck budget. I seem to be on track for not overspending this year on decks and I am grateful for what I already have in my collection. I now want to go deeper into connecting with my decks in 2025. I have mastered lowering my spending on decks, and now I want to become more intentional in using the decks I have on my shelves.

There is nothing to report on my Low Buy Update – no new decks were purchased by me during July! I was gifted a Tarot deck at the beginning of the month. I did not feel any urge to purchase a new deck. I added a couple of decks to the wishlist, but that’s it!

In this video, I share some suggestions on ways to work with the Secrets Revealed True Crime Oracle deck. I created a 160-card Oracle deck to aid in mysterious circumstance-type readings. Since working with this deck, I learned that it can be used in all sorts of readings, not just true crime or conspiracy theory-type readings. I offer tips on how to shuffle the cards and section the deck to be tailored to the type of reading you are doing.

Quick Tips on Working With this Deck:
1. I break it up and shuffle into smaller sections.
2. I sometimes will remove cards that I know are not applicable.
3. I can match cards to make a mini-deck that pertains to a specific issue.
4. I use it as I watch movies or TV series to warm the deck up.
