What is the soul saying about now being the time to set sail on our own?~~Do not be afraid to bare your soul. The dragonfly is about readying ourselves for upcoming major change. What is about to be transformed in our lives, making room for our true desires? This week is about getting to the heart of the truth. ~~The goal for taking steps towards a more simpler life happens for many of us by the end of the week. We are stepping into our power as we follow our heart’s desire for a more simpler, happier life. We stand tall in our truth, naturally leading others to do the same in their own lives.
Extended Message: Assessing– Sometimes the more difficult option is the better one, when having to make a difficult choice. It is time to assess your current position and be honest with yourself and others on your next moves. Check the map to see if you are still on the path you wish to follow. Ask yourself if you still want this life. Whatever the answer, be ready to move towards your true heart’s desires.

I unbox The Afro Goddess Tarot Arcanas 1st Edition deck, by Andrea Furtick, and let’s just say, this deck has instantly become a soul deck for me. With its glossy black backings (be sure to check out the shape of Africa on the back of the card!), its matte fronts, and the gorgeous, bright images – you can’t help but to fall in love with the visual presentation. The clam shell box is also matte and the guidebook fits perfectly inside the box. The guidebook also has a nice, matte texture and it is packed with great information on spreads and the card meanings.
I missed the Kickstarter campaign for this deck, but I am ever so glad I was able to get my hands on this lovely first edition. I have used this deck at least a dozen times since purchasing it, and it has not once disappointed in the accuracy of readings and the quality of the cards.
