There will be at least two opportunities to catch up with me on Facebook Live. May’s focus: The Empath: How to Cope in a Highly Connected World
Many of you know I went to jury duty in April and whoa, what an experience that was! It always is for me, because being in a California Superior Courthouse always brings up anxiety for me from Daniel’s accident and dealing with the DUI driver’s case (I have awful memories of the DUI driver’s arraignment and the news cameras in my face). Add the accident on top of my Empathic tendencies and you’ve got a wreck on your hands. There are hundreds of people passing through the court rooms each day and a sea of emotions and energies swirled around me.
The book I am working with this month is Awakening Empath: The Ultimate Guide to Emotional, Psychological and Spiritual Healing, by Luna & Sol. I purchased this deck last summer, with the intention to read it while I was on my Cabo San Lucas trip, but I was way to busy relaxing and hanging with the girls to read books. Now, after my jury duty experience, and one too many times of feeling ill, only to realize it was not my illness?
I have learned so much in the first 50 pages of this book. Some of the topics explored in this book are Empaths and their shadow selves, types of empath gifts, Empaths and relationships, how to handle narcissists and energy vampires. and setting boundaries as an Empath. There’s techniques on grounding, cleansing and purifying your energies. It even has a section on how to parent an empath child.
I’m excited about exploring and possibly sharing what I’ve learned in the pages of the Awakened Empath and invite you to share some of your own thoughts about this book or about living the life of an “Awakened Empath” over at our Facebook Group, Abundant Life Tarot group.

Look out for emotional vampires. ~~A positive turn of events is happening at the end of this week. There’s a need to release negative thinking and trust that all is unfolding as it should and in perfect timing. Flow, rather than push and surrender the element of guilt from your heart space.
Extended Messages: Focus – There is something that is demanding your focus. There is no room for a scattered approach. Make a plan and stick to it. Trust – Trust yourself to get the task done. Trust in the co-creative process. Trust in the unfoldment.

Getting the Most from the Monthly Astro Tarot Readings || ALT Premium
Each month I crank out monthly astrological tarot readings for all 12 signs, in areas of general life, love, and abundance. It is my hope that you get the most from these readings. Here’s some quick tips on how to get the most from your monthly readings.
Tip 1: Watch your Sun, Moon and Rising sign videos, but if you only know your Sun sign, that’s okay, too. A complete picture of your month starts to form when you look to all of your signs. Not every moment in your Rising sign will apply to your situation, but likely a nugget of information will fit and totally make the reading resonate even more deeply for you.
Tip 2: Take notes. Catching interesting points, predictions, or potential questions you may have are reasons to be ready to take notes as you watch the videos.
Tip 3: Check out your loved ones astrological tarot readings and see if you pick up on any coincidences or consistencies. It helps to see how the energies are flowing around you and your loved ones.
Tip 4: Have fun! Be sure to relax and enjoy as you watch – this is not meant to be heavy, burdensome, or sad. Even if shadowy type stuff comes up, take it as information that can potentially help you avoid pitfalls or costly setbacks.
