Poised to Leap Weekly Blog Post: To be Sovereign in Your Life is to be Free of What No Longer Serves You
March’s Theme:Sovereignty
As the ruler and overseer of your life, you get to choose what stays and goes and what remains attached to you and your energy. We are experiencing a full moon eclipse in Aries on March 25, 2024. This is a great time to assess, detox, forgive, move on, and release. Are there relationships or situations that have continuously drained you, but you are not sure of how to move on from them?
Now is the time to get real about an exit strategy. You can start the process today by making a plan. Whether it is a dead-end job or relationship, or a home that you have outgrown, begin to plan your next chapter today. Perhaps you have a cluttered space that you have been meaning to tackle – let this be the week that you get started and intentionally clear the space.
Maybe you have been wanting to let go of some habits that you know are holding you back. Spend two to three minutes each day this week visualizing what it would be like in your life without the habit of having sovereignty in your life. Feel what it would be like for you to have new, positive, life-affirming habits in its place, focusing on how these new changes are beautifully impacting your life.
Here are some journal or card prompts to help you this week in reclaiming sovereignty in an area of your life:
1. Where in my life do I need to turn a page or start anew?
2. What do I need to change before I can commit to doing this?
3. Am I willing to do it this week? Why or why not?

We will start with the suit of Cups. I will share tips and tools to help you unlock the magic of the Cups in your readings. There comes a time when things need to shift and change in order to move forward with ease and for me, that time has come. I am embracing the Death card period and leaning into saying goodbye to Choosing Your Next Deck, Curating Your Collection, at least in its current form. I will still host periodic live streams discussing the various topics that were covered in the course – so stay tuned! We will still keep the discussion of curating our collections and practicing mindfulness in procuring new decks.

WHY THE CHANGE?
The time has come for me to close down the Abundant Life Tarot Academy on my website and move much of the learning/teaching environment over to Ko-fi. With this change, I will be closing the free Choosing Your Next Deck, Curating Your Collection course. This course was born out of my 2020 Depth year experience and I still plan to make sure the content remains available for those who wish to watch it.
Thanks to all those who took and completed the free course, participated in the lives and Zoom calls, and were so supportive of the message I was conveying to the tarot-collecting community.

Many of you have seen a drop in my video content over the last month or so and that’s because I have been doing a lot behind the scenes. The Everyday Enchantment Tarot study in the Facebook group has kept me quite busy – but I am loving every minute of it. I’ve decided to retire one of the two courses I offer on my website and wanted to keep you all in the loop about the upcoming changes. I do still plan to offer live Zoom webinars where we can interact in a live setting.
