Kehmani Rogers was reported missing to the Avondale Police Department in Arizona on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Kehmani is about to turn 3 years old. She was last seen on a business surveillance with a family acquaintance named Mariana Noriega in Maricopa, Arizona.
Anyone with information about Kehlani Rogers’ or Mariana Noriega’s whereabouts is asked to call the Avondale Police Department at 623-333-7000. Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.

Great news!!! Kehlani was located, and Mariana Noriega was arrested! On this 2/22, we received the blessing of sweet Kehlani being found.
Questions remain as to why Mariana abducted this child. It will be interesting to see what Mariana’s defense is as to why she would take off Kehlani. I have a feeling she will try to first say she was just taking the baby out and intended to come back – which I don’t believe. I’ll be following the case for further developments in the legal process.
Wow – what a great outcome. I am smiling right now and recall last night how I felt like Kehlani would be found and that we should get a full picture of what happened soon. It is not often that cases I cover receive such amazing, fortunate news so fast! Thank goodness – keep the faith – answers and justice will come.
