Lean into the cycles instead of railing against them. Allow raw, unrestrained emotions to flow, but do not let them take up permanent residence. ~~Rely on a friend or loved one this week. This friend will offer new perspective and assistance. If help is offered, accept it. This is a week of endings and new beginnings, brace for them, but do not resist.
