~~This is a yang energy week, all about action, taking steps, forward momentum and moving forward. There is some resistance to change, both on the macro and micro levels of life. Do not be complacent, listen to intuition, go with the flow, and stop resisting. ~~Replenish energy, ground and go within, seeking inner wisdom of our bodies and our Higher Selves. Try meditation to stimulate the intuitive muscle and to connect with Spirit this week. ~~We are about to embark on a journey to the unknown. We are receiving news of what the next several weeks will look like for us and for some it is a welcome harbinger of change, while others may be filled with anxiety.
Self-Care Message: Lungs – Exercise, protect and nurture the pulmonary system. Breathe – it’s gonna be alright. Getting to the bare bone structure of a situation. Release – Surrender worry and have that needed heart to heart. Clarity – We are able to see a situation in a different, sobering light.
