My channel member @Lunathedreamlover asked me have I checked out the spreads in the Tarot for Light Seers book by Chris-Anne Donnelly. I want to show off these incredible spreads, pick quick ones, and throw some cards with you!

We can do a Q&A. I can revisit decks I have unboxed; do videos on reading techniques; and provide feedback on cards you pull for yourselves. I can even take you on a walk and talk as I explore my Caribbean neighborhood. These are just some of the ideas I am thinking of offering in our Anything Goes Monthly video or livestream.

Let’s Do the Spiritual Activism Spread Together + Deck Recommendations

Hello! In 2019, I created a spread called the Spiritual Activism Spread and I thought we could do it together in 2024.

Feel free to use an Oracle or Tarot deck for this spread. You may also feel called to periodically come back to this spread, as over time, our calls to action evolve just like we do!

Here are the prompts:

Question 1: What is my soul called to advocate for and why?

Question 2: What gifts can I offer?

Question 3: What challenges or pitfalls to be on the lookout for?

Question 4: My preferred method of protest or activism?

Question 5: How will I show up in this situation?

Question 6: Outcome? Card 1 – What will happen if I don’t do anything? Card 2 – What will happen if I take some sort of action now?

Detox and Spiritual Hygiene Check-in Tarot Spread | A Demonstration

I created a Spiritual Hygiene Check-in spread to use with Tarot and Oracle decks. In this video, I demonstrate how I use this spread and invite you to give it a try. You can also use the questions as journal prompts.

DETOX CHECK-IN QUICK SPREAD
Shuffle for one minor card and one major.
The minor arcana card speaks to what area you need a detox.
The major arcana card speaks to how to go about detoxing this area.

SPIRITUAL HYGIENE CHECK-IN TAROT SPREAD
1. What is the overall condition of my spiritual hygiene?
2. What does a solid spiritual hygiene routine feel and look like for me and those around me?
3. What is most affected when my hygiene is out of whack: emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual?
4. What am I currently doing or not doing that is working for me?
5. What am I currently doing or not doing that is NOT working for me?
6. What do I need right now? Use a self-care, crystal, food, or herbal Oracle deck.

Who is your biggest advocate in the whole wide world? YOU are your biggest advocate and caregiver. If you’re a reader, do periodic check-ins with yourself to see what you need in order to get or remain in harmony. If you need a reading, reach out to me – I am here to help you.

Setting Intentions for the New Year Tarot Spread

Lets’ get ready for 2023 together! Here’s a new spread and demonstrate how to use it in this video, now available on YouTube. I often create spreads for my Ko-fi Poised to Leap members and decided to share this one with my subscribers today.

Feel free to use oracle cards in lieu of Tarot or add oracle cards as clarifiers for each position. Whatever feels right to you, go for it. Some of my Poised to Leap members used this spread and just focused on a few key areas.

This is a tarot spread I created that can be used as a periodic check in to see how you’re doing with juggling your goals and your responsibilities. You can also use this tarot spread for clients who struggle with balancing all the demands, while carving out a little time for their passions and goals.

Journal Prompt: What areas or people are receiving my upmost devotion? Am I giving this same energy to myself and my goals? What are my goals? Who or what is on a pedestal in my life and do they belong there? Why or why not?

Journal Prompt: What area in my life is feeling most secure, stable and prosperous? How can I support further growth and inspiration in this area? 

I will post our journal/tarot prompt every Monday during the duration of our Tarot study. I may or may not create a Tarot spread from the prompt for every week, but feel free to create or use your own spreads and share them with the group. To simplify things, I use the journal prompts as inspiration for spreads and you can feel free to do the same.

Each day, we’re doing a draw for 2 solid weeks. It can be one card or as many as you’d like. You only need to complete one journal entry per week – but feel free to do more than one day per week of journaling.
