Affirmations:

I am fully grounded in the experience in the present moment. I am at peace with what is.
When my energy feels scattered, I come back to the present time.
Mindfulness is an everyday, moment to moment way of being for me.
I recognize my power to influence my future is in the now. I am calm and tranquil in the now (and in this knowing).
I easily regroup and focus on what I want, so my energy is a match for what I am asking for.
I ground my energy daily.
I open my heart to giving and receiving more love and compassion.
