~~Life is toil and strife this week. We need to keep our eyes on the prize, keep moving and staying focused. The hum drum of daily life routines can be a drag, but as long as we keep swimming, we will get there. We realizing the toxicity of a situation and choose to extricate ourselves. Be tactical about the detachment, keep it secret and see it through.  ~~Memorialize this time of transformation by keeping a journal, taking photos, drawing and sharing. Bless this immense transformation with pure intention and awareness by creating ritual or ceremony to honor the changes, instead of dreading them. ~~We are going to deeper, darker places, causing fear. The journey becomes arduous, but there is opportunity for significant growth during this time. The hard shadow work is finally paying off.
