The Herbcrafter’s Tarot Study Group Part 4 || On ALT Premium

Here’s part 4 as we further explore the Hermit, Wheel of Fortune, and Justice.

Questions and Journal Prompts: 

  1. Do you know the herbs featured in the three major Arcana cards and if so, do they speak to the traditional RWS* card meaning? Why or why not? If not, how do you feel about that?
  2. If you don’t know the featured herbs in these three cards, in your personal research (hint – Google these herbs), do you find it really speaks to the card’s meaning? Why or why not?
  3. Imagery and symbols found in the cards – what pops and speaks to you? Why?
  4. What are your personal card meanings you’ve assigned to the featured cards?

I invite you to raise your discussion points or ask questions about the card meanings or working with this deck. I’ll compile a list, and record a video discussing your discussion points or questions and invite our study group community to chime in on the answers.

The above questions will be used as a basis for our future video study group sessions, but they may vary from time to time, depending on what comes up in our review of the cards.

~~We accept our “new” normal and attempt to jump back into life, and for some, it is a bit too soon. Slow the dance down to a manageable pace, but don’t stop dancing. Keep moving. We now have an inner awareness of our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual needs. We are called to teach and/or receive much needed guidance from a teacher in our life. ~~Stillness is allowing life to unfold in its own beautiful way, savoring the moment. Meditate, sit in quiet or soft meditative music, and allow the mind to wonder, then gently corral your thoughts. We are braving the storms of life this week and being open to new opportunities and new perspectives. ~~This is a week of gaining confidence through self-mastery. Achievement and being proud of what we’ve accomplished at home and at work will have us feeling social and wanting to connect. Consider hosting a virtual dinner party to still stay united with loved ones.

Self-Care Message: Ripe Berries Moon – This week is about victory over adversity, no matter the hardship. Past issues resurface, only this time the tools are at hand to finally deal with them. Panther/Protection – Remember to protect your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy by setting and maintaining boundaries.

~~We get a do over this week. What lessons are we to learn this week, or even in this lifetime? Those are the kind of questions we are pondering. Information is being revealed that is helpful to our situation. Insightful, optimistic, inspired guidance regarding wellness is on its way. ~~Reach out, post a video, write  blog, go live, arrange a virtual party, reconnect with friends, let clients know that they matter. Creative and energetic blocks can sometimes be invitations to look at resistance in our lives. It may be time to take a different path. Reflection and introspection is needed this week. Take time to assess and see where we’re at. ~~The realization hits that its really okay to slow down and experience every curve in the road. The destination is uncertain, but the journey can still be fun as hell. Take the higher road and choose to be the light this week. Turn away from lower energy experiences. Pivot and avoid being dragged into drama.  

Self-Care Message: Fungi Funeral – Time to clean up, detox, sober up and make better choices. Healthy minds and body win. We continue to make healthy choices. Akashic Records – Big themes like life purpose, life lessons are circling the minds. Look past the superficial and go deep this week.

~~There’s a need to clear the air, to rid ourselves of negative energy. Labor results in harvesting fruits this week. Seeds that were previously planted now bear fruit. This is a time of generosity and good will. We are finally getting into the groove of our new way of life. Chameleon energy is a gift – we quickly adapt to the daily challenges being thrown at us. ~~Raise vibration with singing, dancing, and creation. Tap into what feels good to the mind, body and soul. Stay close to home this week. Connect virtually with others, shielding ourselves from harm. ~~Some may be dealing with caring for others or nursing ourselves back to health. Many others will be receiving a barrage of negative news and it is wearing on our health. We need to be careful of what we accept into our daily experiences, lest we manifest more negativity. We have the power to limit the negativity, raise up our vibration and manifest a turnaround in our situation. 

Self-Care Message: Sweet Treat – Indulge your sweet tooth. Bake a dessert or find some delicious fruit. It is time to enjoy the sweeter side of life – even in this new normal. Treat yourself – you deserve it!
